The devastation of war is universal, the same no matter where or when it takes places. The collage costume designs are made largely from images of the destruction in Gaza. The play reminds us of the humanity during war, and how we cling to it. Suffering affects us all, and in every face parts of someone we love, and ourselves is reflected back to us.
